Che Thornton (Gentoo Construction)
Looking forward to hearing from Che Thornton at this years ecosmart conference.
Che is responsible the effective monitoring and management of all the financial aspects of the Group’s £470m Investment Plan, New Build Programme and key works programmes in relation to the Group’s 30 Year Maintenance Programme.
Senior Manager within Gentoo Construction. Line management responsibility for the Bid & Investment Team and responsible for the quality and content of bid submissions.
Maintains a database of “business opportunities” which allows the Company to assess success and failure rates so as to influence the business plan for future success.
Development and production of systems and procedures to ensure that the Investment Plan is effectively monitored and managed.
Assist in the planning of works programmes in relation to the Group’s 30 Year Programme including any new initiatives relating to sustainability and the environmental agenda.
